SuDS Retrofit & Commercial Drainage in New Brighton

Sustainable Garden Solutions delivered a comprehensive retrofit sustainable drainage scheme in New Brighton, Wirral, integrating specialist rainwater-management infrastructure into an established external environment.

The project combined two HydroPlanter systems with 15 SuDS Pods, commercial ACO drainage, flow-control arrangements, planting and associated landscape works. Together, these systems collect, direct and manage rainfall while introducing attractive planted areas into previously hard-landscaped spaces. Deep drainage works, changing site requirements and restricted access called for responsive planning and close coordination, yet the core installation still progressed ahead of the original programme.

The finished scheme demonstrates SGS's capability to deliver commercial SuDS retrofits, drainage installations and sustainable landscaping across New Brighton, Wirral and the wider North West.
