This residential project in Maidstone was a small, simple but delicate garden re-landscape for an oddly-shaped new build plot. The client had already put real love into the space over time, guiding it towards a more traditional English garden feel, but it lacked cohesion and that final sense of being finished.

Sustainable Garden Solutions focused on improving how the garden works day to day. We delivered a patio expansion to create more usable outdoor living space and reworked the awkward shapes and subtle level changes so the layout flowed properly. By correcting transitions and tying levels together, the garden began to feel more intentional and comfortable to move through.

To keep the finish calm and timeless, we installed sandstone paving with clean pointing, then reset the lawn with fresh turf to brighten the space and bring clarity to the layout. Finally, we completed a planting uplift designed to feel light, soft and settled, helping the whole garden read as one connected space without feeling over-designed.
